360 CAD design showing the garden entrance and office of this large family home on the Beds/Cambs border. This was used as part of our designs to show our client how their space might look once work has been completed and furnished.
We are delighted to have started designs for a garden room refurbishment for this stunning large family home on the Bedford/Cambridgeshire border.
Building is underway to re-model, extend and refurbish the entire property. Our client has employed us to design a tricky entrance space that also incorporates a living area and study. We want to create an informal entrance for the family to use on a daily basis but also somewhere to relax and enjoy the garden views. The study area (the less formal of two studies at the property) is small and care is being taken not to overcomplicate the space. Our recommendations here will be to construct a bank of oak floating shelves to create a fluid and simple area that will not only look good but will provide the homeowner with somewhere additional to sit and work. The overall scheme will be conducive to ‘relaxed’ living. The palette selected is a combination of warm taupes, wood, leather and fun geometric pattern. There will be storage benches for shoes either side of the doorway and there will be a large statement clock positioned on the long passage way wall.
What a year!
We have been very busy and very lucky to have worked on some incredible projects. Currently we are in the middle of selecting furnishings and furniture for the new build property near Bedford town centre – our client moved in last week and shown is the picture of her beautiful kitchen commissioned and hand built by Marcus Paul of Bletchley. We selected lovely light grey marble granite worktops to really set off the units (painted in Farrow and Ball) and have started arranging some of the furniture (in this case these gorgeous wicker bar stools from Neptune).
One of our most recent undertakings is the most incredible house in Ampthill. Formerly a turn of the century Coach House, this property is enjoying a complete transformation. The old stable block has been renovated and boasts a stunning enclosed lit glass walkway around its perimeter and now houses a state of the art gymnasium, games room and guest suite – pictures to follow of this amazing new contemporary look soon I promise!
We are also progressing the designs for a large mock tudor family house on Bromham Road in Bedford. The initial designs are almost complete and we are now putting together the CAD designs and concept boards complete with samples and imagery.

Announcing our latest interior design project
So excited to be working on this new interior design project! My client has an existing bungalow situated in a prime location in Bedford which is soon to be demolished. In its place will be a beautiful new three storey traditional brick house. Through careful and regular consultation, we will be planning the creation of each space to ensure that each works in harmony to create a beautiful and practical family home. Watch this space for Demolition Day!
